Kenneth A. Nava, Major General (Ret.), PMP®
Kenneth A. Nava is a retired Major General in the United States Army and former Commanding General of the New Mexico National Guard. After more than 30 years of military service, he transitioned to the private sector, leading large-scale construction, infrastructure, and operational programs in complex environments.
He founded Nava & Associates to help organizations apply disciplined leadership, execution control, and accountability across civilian, public-sector, and technical environments.
As a result, clients engage Nava & Associates when initiatives must be executed correctly the first time. Engagements focus on clarifying objectives, enforcing accountability, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining disciplined execution from planning through delivery.
