About Nava & Associates, LLC
We are proud to be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Our SDVOSB designation is self-represented and not SBA-certified, as we do not currently contract directly with the federal government. Instead, it reflects our veteran ownership and the values we bring to every client engagement: integrity, mission focus, and disciplined execution.
Nava & Associates, LLC was founded to help leaders cut through complexity and deliver results. Whether you’re a small company navigating growth or a mid-sized organization looking to improve execution, we bring clarity, discipline, and actionable solutions.
Our founder, Kenneth A. Nava, is a retired U.S. Army Major General with more than 33 years of military service and deep executive experience in the private sector. His leadership career spans command of thousands of Soldiers and Airmen in the National Guard, to managing multi-billion-dollar construction portfolios for one of the world’s most advanced semiconductor manufacturers.
