Nava & Associates, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded and led by Major General (Ret.) Kenneth A. Nava. With more than 30 years of proven leadership in the U.S. Army, government, and industry, we help organizations translate strategic goals into tactical execution. After almost 34 years of military service—including command at the highest levels—and several years working in State Government and at a Fortune 500 Company, I saw the same pattern across organizations: brilliant ideas falling apart in implementation.
